Thanks again to Evan Ray for putting together an excellent route for the 15th Annual Rolling British Car Day! 

On April 18, 2010, over 130 British cars turned the heads of locals on yet another picture perfect San Diego Sunday. 

The route through beach cities with views of the ocean was easy on the navigators and a thrill for those enjoying the twisty back roads.

Purchase your Rally Package, $5.00 per car at the check in table or from the SDBCC Team. It Includes:

        2010 Rolling British Car Day Rally Sticker
        Registration form and Information about the 31st Annual British Car Day on October 3rd, 2010 at Ingram Plaza @ Liberty Station
        There is also a $3 fee for parking at county park at the end.
       
Directions to RBCD Start: ?
We will be meeting in the parking lot for P F Chang’s, at 5621 Paseo del Norte, in Carlsbad. To get there (off of Interstate 5) take the Palomar Airport Road exit, heading inland . . . that would be East. At the second significant intersection, which is Paseo del Norte, turn left. Follow the oil drips and fine English car parts to PF Chang’s, which is on the left. There are places across the street where you can get a coffee and snack, or bring your own thermos and snacks. There are also pit stop facilities, and a gas station near by. A superb starting point!?

In True English Fashion... ?
You will need to bring your picnic lunch and beverages. After a relaxing, no-stress beautiful drive along the coast, and some twisty roads through the inland back country, we will be having our picnic at the beautiful Felicita Park in Escondido. There are absolutely no food facilities or food vendors at the park, so dust off that picnic basket! This event is somewhat a victim of its own success—meaning that we have just become too large for any restaurant to handle… but a picnic is far more English and enjoyable anyway!

Remember... There is no judging. No Trophies. No Trailer Queens. No Application. No Stress… No Rules… Just remember to purchase the $5 Rally Package before you start your engine so you don't get lost!
The entire idea of Rolling British Car Day is to provide an opportunity to drive your great British car in a relaxed, fun environment, while meeting new friends from other marques and clubs… and no doubt seeing a few old friends along the way. It’s all about camaraderie, mixing up the marques and Clubs, and having fun.

Oooops... We fibbed... There is ONE rule...
YOU MUST SMILE AND WAVE AT EVERY BRITISH CAR THAT YOU SEE!!! One of best parts of Rolling British Car Day is seeing nothing but British cars as far ahead and behind in your rear view mirror!
